What we collect
This website has no accounts and no online checkout, so it does not ask for your personal details. When you order by WhatsApp or Instagram, we receive what you send us: usually your name, phone number or Instagram username, delivery address and order details.
How we use it
Only to confirm and deliver your order, handle exchanges, returns and complaints, and reply to your questions. We do not sell your information.
Who we share it with
Our delivery partners, only the details needed to deliver your order. WhatsApp and Instagram are run by Meta and their own privacy policies apply to your messages.
Cookies and outside services
The website remembers your chosen language and currency in small cookies on your device. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means Google receives your IP address. We do not use advertising trackers. To show prices in your local currency, the website checks which country your connection is from, using your IP address. We do not store this.
How long we keep it
We keep your order details and phone number with our marketing team, so we can send you updates about new products and discounts. If you don’t want these messages, tell us on WhatsApp and we will stop and delete your details.

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, in line with Qatar’s personal data protection law. Message us on WhatsApp.
